Shipping is by USPS only.
Most orders ship within 24 hours of order date. Shipping insurance is included unless specified otherwise.
International Shipping:
USPS (duties & tariffs collected upon delivery). Domino Retroplate is not responsible for additional duties, taxes or tariffs. All international orders may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees in addition to the order total. For more information about these fees, please contact your local customs office. International orders require full payment before the shipment is made. For correct shipping quotes, we also require a correct, full shipping address.
Claims/Damages:
Should your order arrive visibly damaged, do not accept delivery without carrier verification of the damage. Save all shipping containers or boxes and immediately contact Domino Retroplate to receive return. If a customer receives a shipment from Domino Retroplate and then forwards the package(s) to a third party, Domino Retroplate is in no way responsible for damages, lost goods, claims, or import fees of any kind. Domino Retroplate is in no way an authorized dealer of any brand and offers no warantee of any kind on any items. It is incumbent on the buyer to report any instances of damage immediately upon receiving their package. Any delay in reporting damage to Domino Retroplate may void the offered return policy.
